Unico Zelo Jade & Jasper Fiano McClaren Vale 2018
Fiano is a variety of incredibly ancient heritage and has one of the most complex noses of any white variety. Full of white peach blossoms, honeydew and lemon, all covered in a generous splash of Grannysmith Apple. The palate is electric with rich fruit and crisp acidity.
Clare Valley Wine Company Watervale Riesling 2017
Lemon and lime zest-scented nose with hints of chalk and white pepper. Light-bodied and dry in the mouth, it delivers an almost electrified intensity of citrus flavors with a wicked acid backbone and great length. The ideal aperitif wine with appetizers!
Thomas Goss Chardonnay McLaren Vale 2016
Apricot, melon and allspice notes with wafts of cedar, butterscotch and ginger. Medium to full-bodied with a pleasantly oily texture, it packs-in the ripe stone fruit and spice flavors, finishing with a refreshing lift.

Unico Zelo Cherry Fields Dolcetto McClaren Vale 2016
The general rule with this wine is if you are eating with your hands, you need Dolcetto on the table! A nose of bright, maraschino cherries, plums and red fruit, with a smoothening palate weight and svelte tannin structure, without sacrificing a tightening acidity.
Kaesler Stonehorse Barossa Valley Shiraz 2013
Shiraz is THE emblematic Australian wine! Fruit forward, this 100% Shiraz (Syrah) is aged in three-year-old barrels for twelve months. Ripe Blackberries and mulberries with hints of baking spices, incense and potpourri; full-bodied, rich and expressive, packing a lot of flavor and character!

7/10, 6-7:30– McClintock Meet the Distiller & GIN MAKING 101: BOTANICALS AND FLAVORS

Students will learn about the history and production process of making gin from the historic McClintock Distilling head distiller himself. Afterwards students will get a chance to sample and smell individual botanicals and learn about taste profiles of different styles of gins. Finally, students will be able to make their own custom gin blend of botanicals to take home and make their own compound gin. We will also sample the McClintock portfolio. $25 Limited to 20 persons Purchase tickets at
